Westpac drops to a 0.79% flat rate but excludes Amex

Westpac has undercut CommBank’s 0.99% flat rate with a market-leading 0.79% but it applies only to instore transactions at standard terminals, excluding American Express acceptance and its EFTPOS Air mobile terminal product.
