Employers should not be responsible for payments industry processing bungles under the Federal Government’s Payday Super rules, according to small business advocates.

Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) Chair Matthew Addison says a small business that has paid on time and done everything right should not be penalised because another part of the system has failed.

Employers should not be responsible for payments industry processing bungles under the Federal Government’s Payday Super rules, according to small business advocates.
