ASX-listed fintech Findi Group has entered into an agreement to acquire eco-friendly paytech Sphere for Good (Sphere) for an implied value of $6 million, payable in Findi shares.
Findi Group set to acquire Sphere for Good
Sphere For Good CEO Sphere Shaun Lordan says the acquisition validates its vision of integrating climate action into every transaction and provides the platform to reach millions more customers.
