On the 30th of January the RBA released their latest bulletin on Bank Fees in Australia. Here’s the significant results from a Payments perspective.
Overseas card use pushing bank fee revenue higher
About the bulletin: data from 48 lenders, or 88% of credit outstanding. Fees are a relatively small share of revenue; the primary revenue source of course is loan interest.
